When you reserve or purchase tickets or other Ancillary Services by phone, at the box office or online, or when you make a donation, some of your personal information is collected in a unique customer account to facilitate the management of your ticket reservation or purchase, purchase of Ancillary Services, or donation. The Resident Companies and Event Providers have access solely to the personal information of customers for their shows and events in the ticketing system. PdA, its Resident Companies and some Event Providers may also create customer profiles and manage communications with customers using a platform shared by them.
